Overview
Today, IBM®announces increases in monthly license charges (MLC) on select operating system and select middleware software programs and their features. For the affected programs, the price changes will only apply to the following monthly license charge (MLC) software pricing metrics: VWLC, AWLC, EWLC, AEWLC, PSLC, CMLC, MWLC, FWLC, TWLC and ESLC for Tailored Fit Pricing.The price increase for a given program will be approximately 8% depending on the features selected.
Effective 2023-01-01 monthly charges will increase for the following programs: see the product Number section.
State and local government customers: The new annual and monthly charges will be effective at the beginning of your fiscal year that starts on or after 2023-01-01.
For licensed programs or additional licenses eligible for discounting under an existing IBM volume commitment or special bid, the respective price protection provisions apply.
