IBM Technology Support Services now offers per core-based support for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform for Power. The offering provides 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year Support Line for OpenShift on Power worldwide. It provides you with technical assistance to:

  • Answer usage, installation, and technical questions
  • Address product compatibility and interoperability concerns
  • Isolate and diagnose problems

Technology Support Services - IBM Support Line for Red Hat OpenShift on Power offers consistent, cross-platform OpenShift support for IBM Systems. With this service, you get telephone access and electronic access to IBM specialists.

By offering a remote support solution, IBM Support Line for Red Hat OpenShift on Power can supplement the skills of your internal staff and can provide accurate, timely problem resolution. This support lets you efficiently access assistance with product installation, usage, and system operation.

Standard support

Technology Support Services - IBM Support Line for Red Hat OpenShift on Power is a single, integrated remote support solution for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform for Power that can offer these benefits:

  • Support Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or normal IBM business hours, excluding national holidays, in your time zone) and 24 x 7 (customer-critical problems only)(severity 1) for the following products:
    • Selected Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform for Power distributions as specified in the Supported Product List website
    • Eligible IBM Power servers
  • Interpretation of product documentation and configuration samples

IBM will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond by telephone within two hours. Off-shift: IBM will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond by telephone within two hours to service requests that you specify to be customer-critical problems (severity 1). For severity 2, 3, or 4 problems, IBM's technical support staff perform support services on prime shift business hours.

IBM is not a Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform for Power distributor and does not distribute maintenance, updates, or refreshes. Customers must receive maintenance, updates, and refreshes directly from the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform for Power distributor through the terms and conditions of their respective licenses.
