When it comes to maintaining the high availability, resiliency, and reliability of the systems and devices that run your business, IBM Spectrum Fusion Storage Expert Care Premium offers the ability to precisely select the right level of expert service with ease. IBM® Storage Expert Care for IBM Spectrum Fusion service levels provide a simple method to help avoid long procurement and contracting processes by enabling the procurement of tiered service levels at the time of the product purchase transaction.

IBM Spectrum Fusion includes software support and services as part of the order for the offering. IBM Spectrum Fusion is a prerequisite for Storage Expert Care Premium. The Premium service level offers you faster and more consistent access to IBM specialists, and you can expedite issue resolution and optimize IT staff efficiency.

Storage Expert Care Premium includes:

  • Predictive support
  • Enhanced response time for defect support
  • Remote code load
  • Technical Account Manager
