IBM Sterling Transformation Extender Advanced (5724-Q23)

Effective on the dates shown, IBM will discontinue support for the Linux on IBM Z platform for the following program and versions, as licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement:

Clients have the option to exchange their Sterling Transformation Extender Advanced Linux on IBM Z license part numbers for Sterling Transformation Extender Linux on IBM Z license part numbers. For details, contact your IBM or IBM Business Partner representative.

¹ Support discontinuance for Sterling Transformation Extender Advanced applies only to the Linux on IBM Z platform. Sterling Transformation Extender Advanced is not discontinued for supported distributed platforms, which include AIX, Linux, and Windows.

Withdrawn parts, features, or programs

Build-to-plan licensed program select part number withdrawal

Effective on the dates shown, IBM will withdraw from marketing select part numbers from Transformation Extender Advanced (5724-Q23), as licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement.

Only part numbers for the Linux on IBM Z platform are being withdrawn. The Transformation Extender Advanced program remains available and the program is supported on multiple distributed platforms that include AIX, Linux, and Windows.

The following part numbers are withdrawn without direct replacements:

Orders received on or after the effective date of withdrawal will not be filled. Client requested arrival dates (CRADs), if any, must be prior to the effective date of withdrawal.
