Features created for SLES 12 for Power include:

  • A one-year subscription for one to two sockets with unlimited virtual machines (VMs), with SUSE Live Patching included.

Features created for SLES 15 for Power include:

  • A one-year, three-year, or five-year subscription for one to two sockets with unlimited VMs, with SUSE Live Patching included.

Features updated for SLES for SAP Applications for Power include:

  • A one-year, three-year, or five-year subscription for one to two sockets with unlimited VMs, with SUSE Live Patching included.
  • For these new features, separate feature codes are available for subscriptions with support provided by IBM and subscriptions with support provided by SUSE.

SLES for SAP Applications supports Power servers that use Power8, Power9, or Power10 processors. It is not supported on the single-socket servers or the LC line of systems.

SLES 12 for Power supports Power Systems servers that use Power8, Power9, or Power10 processors in Power9 compatibility mode.

SLES 15 for Power supports Power servers that use Power8, Power9, or Power10 processors.
