On September 21, 2023, all IBM Messages for RabbitMQ instances on version 3.9 that are still active will be disabled.
This is in line with our database end-of-life policies.
Users are expected to be on RabbitMQ version 3.11. To upgrade, follow the instructions on our upgrading page.
