Though this model works great from a distribution efficiency perspective, it comes with the inherent disadvantage of the financial industry’s changing conditions around customer expectations.
To provide its sales teams with a roadmap to optimize their engagement with financial professionals, WisdomTree worked with IBM Watson Services to develop a machine learning model—using the IBM Watson Personality Insights service—that sets priorities for them to follow. The basic principal underlying the model is that patterns in past interactions yield reliable insights into what works best.
