Findability Sciences recognizes that its customers in the financial, retail and higher education industries need access to leading indicators to be able to anticipate market changes and make decisions to sharpen competitive edge. At the onset of the engagement, the company was looking for ways to improve its own analytics solutions by enhancing their ability to process unstructured data.
Findability Sciences is using a number of IBM Watson application programming interfaces (APIs) and IBM Watson Machine Learning technology to improve the unstructured data analysis capabilities of its existing solutions. For instance, when integrated with the client’s People Analytics solution, the Watson APIs can help human resources departments analyze the text from exit interviews to gain clear insight toward the evolving needs of their employees.
By using IBM Watson APIs and IBM Watson Machine Learning technology, Findability Sciences has enhanced the unstructured data analysis capabilities of its existing solutions. The client anticipates that the new solutions will help its customers gain a clear and current picture of their business, products, customers and employees. As a result, customers will be better equipped to anticipate market changes and make decisions to sharpen their competitive edge.
