Meet IBM Watson Influencer Peter Lavers
Peter Lavers is an expert and one of the world’s top influencers in customer experience (CX) management and CRM. He’s an IBM Futurist and SAS Collaborator amongst numerous other “top influencer” accolades.
Peter has spent half of his career in the auto industry at companies like Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars, and the other half bringing this experience in the consulting world – with QCi, OgilvyOne, WCL, and Customer Attuned.
