IBM’s Watson Customer Engagement (WCE) unit will showcase exciting solutions from the Watson Supply Chain and Watson Commerce portfolio. The message to leading CIO’s will be how they can leverage Watson, Blockchain and IOT to prepare for the future. Watson Customer Engagement is one of several IBM Business Units participating in the event.

We encourage all customers and prospects who are planning on attending Gartner IT Expo to sign-up for these two sessions:

“Transform you supply chain with IBM Watson, Blockchain and IOT” featuring Shari Diaz, Ecosystem and Innovation Leader, IBM Watson Supply Chain – October 4, 3:15-4:00 pm, Swan Ballroom 4.

“Next Generation Digital Experiences in a Cognitive Era” featuring Brian Chaput, Offering Management, IBM Digital Experience Software – October 5, 10:15-10:45 am, Southern V, Dolphin
