Nicole Gressa is a Senior Analyst on the REI Vendor Operations team and has been in the retail industry for over 11 years. She has experience with business process and analysis with a focus on EDI, compliance, merchandising, and supply chain. In addition to overseeing the operational performance of REI’s strategic vendor accounts, Nicole is a subject matter expert for her team on EDI and non-compliance strategies.

Nicole is currently pursuing green belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Outside of REI, Nicole is an outdoor enthusiast spending much of her free time hiking, skiing and fly fishing.

Kate Compton began her journey in the retail industry over 20 years ago when she first joined REI. During her tenure at the company, Kate has worked in merchandising, IT and supply chain, performing a variety of roles in buying, management and analysis.

Currently, Kate is a Senior Analyst on the Vendor Operations team. In additional to overseeing the operational performance of her group for some of the Co-op’s top strategic vendors, Kate operates in a project manager role, bringing new capabilities to life on behalf of REI, the Supply Chain division and our Merchandising vendors.

Kate is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is currently pursuing certification in Project Management. Outside of REI, Kate also enjoys hiking and camping with her family in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
