Jeff Eckard is vice president of IBM cloud data solutions and alliances. He leads cross-portfolio and ecosystem strategy, integration and go-to-market activities with a focus on hybrid, multicloud data management. Jeff holds JD and AB degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MBA from the University of Washington, and is a member of the North Carolina Bar.
