Share this post:

Meet Shoel Perelman, Vice President of Development for IBM’s Customer Engagement Solutions products. His development team, which spans the US, India, China, and Canada, brings to life innovations at the convergence of ecommerce, digital marketing, customer analytics, and merchandising optimization.

Not only is he a global Software Executive who leads with a rare mix of hands-on technical insight, an intuitive sense of what works in the real world, and an understanding of the organizational dynamics to get things done in both large organizations and small teams, he’s also a speaker at next week’s TED@IBM event!

It’s time for Shoel’s CloseUp.
