Ed is a Practice Leader for IBM’s iX® group Americas. His practice focuses on enabling world-class digital experiences using data driven insights and AI techniques. With over 25 years of experience, Ed has worked with clients across multiple industries including automotive, health care and life sciences, financial services, travel and transportation, media and entertainment, consumer products, retail, insurance and wealth management, telecommunications, and high-tech. Prior to joining IBM, Ed worked at Merkle as the SVP of Analytic Innovation. Ed holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and currently lives in the Dallas / Ft. Worth, Texas area.
