Amit has been with IBM since 2008 and is currently based in our Bangalore office in India. He is the Integrated Offerings Leader for the Technology Assembly Center (TAC) unit within the Client Innovation Center. TAC ensures repeatable, optimized and value driven delivery outcomes for services across a diverse set of technologies. I like to start my day…
with a morning walk and yoga to energize my day with positivity.

When I get up to go to work, I look forward to…
making an impact on my clients and stakeholders.

I am responsible for…
my actions.

My typical day revolves around…
working with multiple stakeholders (architects, project managers, client solution executives, etc.) helping to define new services and offerings that can add value to our clients. I help the team articulate strong client value propositions. I also spend quite some time reading on new innovations in the industry to keep pace with the dynamic business world.

The coolest part of my job is…
transforming the business and create an impact for our clients.

The biggest challenge I have is….
None. I love challenges and love to work with them.

The most memorable moment in my career is…
representing IBM Middle East at the Global Microsoft Conference where I talked about the Digital Transformation Story from project delivered from IBM at Dubai Health Authority, UAE.

My single most important career advice to someone who wants to join IBM is…
to have an open mind towards learning and working on new technologies. IBM provides a wide variety of work, you will strike your area of interest and excel in it.
