We grab a coffee with IBMers from around the world, and share our chat in this weekly spotlight series. This week you can meet Frank, from IBM US.

In the morning, I like my coffee…
I like a Grande Sugar Free Vanilla Flat White.

When I get up to go to work, I look forward to…
helping good people do great work.

I am responsible for…
Ensuring our clients feel confident in their skill to use IBM products to improve there business- whatever it is.

My typical day…
is spent with clients, working together, to solve complex problems by integrating new software solutions with legacy and evolving processes.

The coolest part of my job is…
Is hearing the pride in the voices of clients voices who have used IBM products to solve problems, eliminate pain points, and become standouts in their organization.

The biggest challenge I have …
Is being everywhere IBM can be useful. The software and service we provide are ubiquitously useful across a variety industries and the globe.

Most memorable moment in my career…
A client called to thank me for my help. Thank me for providing a helpful, and productive relationship beyond the point of sale. For making them feel that their partnership is and ongoing relationship they leverage whenever needed.

Top piece of career advice…
Everyday you write your resume, interview for the next challenge, and establish collaborative relationships. Each task you do is a building block of your professional reputation. Never do less than how you wish to be remembered.
