Share this post:

After so much time, planning, and effort, Think is finally here!

IBM’s first-of-its-kind event is happening this week in Las Vegas. And IBMers, industry experts, clients and partners are gathering together to learn, share, network and have fun.

If you can’t join us in person, you can still join online. World-changing ideas deserved to be shared, so bookmark the Think live page, for access to live broadcasts and replays.

What’s a Daily Think?

There’s so much happening this week. So, for the next four days, I’ll bring you a “daily Think”, a bite-sized dose of the sessions and events that should be on your agenda. And it’s important to note, all times listed are Pacific Time.

Let’s dive into Monday with these 5 activities!

1. Think Wellness

Focus on the whole you, and start your day off right with Think Wellness options. You’ll find kickboxing, running and yoga sessions starting at 6:30 a.m.  There’s also nutrition and wellness talks. Ask Watson for all your choice.

2. Can’t miss sessions

Some might argue that everything at Think is can’t miss. And while I don’t disagree, if you have to decide, I recommend these two sessions on Monday:

AI-powered Buildings: Activating a new level of productivity

Buildings create enormous amounts of unstructured physical data. Cognitive computing, IoT and intelligent building technologies allow companies to harvest that data for insights. The goal: optimize experiences for occupants, staff and management.  Speakers for this session: IBMers Claire Penny and John Cohn. Other guests: Sebastiaan de Sterke from, Schiphol Group, Reeves Davis from JLL and Lucian Fogoros, from IIoT-World.

When: Monday, 6:00 p.m. – 6:40 p.m.
Where: Business and AI Campus, Bayside C, Theater C
