Welcome to Wednesday’s edition of The Daily Think. It’s your bite-sized list of the “must-see, must-do” at this week’s Think, the flagship IBM conference to help you digitize and secure your enterprise. We’re well into the swings of things now but there are still many more great sessions and activities in store for you today.
1. Today’s Can’t-Miss Sessions
We have another jam-packed day of sessions for you. Here are 5 that you won’t want to miss. Get there early to secure a seat!

Succeeding in the software-driven world means rapidly improving systems, products and applications while considering complexities of AI capabilities. Learn what it takes to deliver while managing complexity and quality.
If you haven’t visited the Business and AI campus yet, today is your chance!
Experience the AI-powered robot in the Business and AI Campus.
You’ll find us to the left as you walk into the campus.
The first thing you might notice is the robot. Come by for a demo to see how AI-powered manufacturing can improve quality processes through visual and acoustic inspections.
Then take a stroll over to the Maserati (just follow the huge crowd) to experience a connected car in real life.
3. Not one, but TWO great bands to choose from
There is no shortage of entertainment tonight! Whether you prefer rock or more of an EDM-pop vibe, you’ll be able to let your hair down after a long day.
Train performing tonight at THINK 2018.
After you’ve met the robot, it may be time to “Meet Virginia.” Train is a multi-GRAMMY award-winning band from San Francisco, CA, that has had 14 songs on Billboard’s Hot 100 list since the release of their debut self-titled album. Find them at the Mandalay Bay Events Center from 7:00-10:00 PM PST.
Pop duo, The Chainsmokers, to perform tonight at THINK 2018.
But first, let’s take a “Selfie” with The Chainsmokers. The Chainsmokers have evolved into a dominating musical force with a diverse repertoire of songs that have led them to become today’s hottest young artist/producer duo. They will be performing at the MGM Grand Garden Arena from 7:00-10:00 PM PST.
Whichever you choose, it’s sure to be a night to remember.
4. Stay social with us at Think

Sixty years ago, IBM created the Hursley UK Lab campuses. And thus began six decades of relentless development and innovation. To celebrate this Diamond Jubilee, last month we hosted a Festival of Innovation. It was our chance to show the world where IBM develops the software that keeps the modern world running. Members of the UK […]
Planes and pumps, buildings and bridges. Each has unique story to tell, if we have the capability to listen. That surprising truth was the basis for my keynote at Hannover Messe 2018, the world’s largest trade show for industrial technology. If you didn’t attend, I’d like to share some of the highlights. It starts with some […]
It’s that time of year again. What time, you may be asking? The time of year to think about what new challenges you will take on and how you will execute them. To think about ways your business can innovate with new enterprise asset management (EAM) technologies. And, most importantly, to think of ways to […]
