Earlier this year, IBM’s Institute for Business Value surveyed global travel and hospitality
executives on the topic of cognitive computing and we found that the industry is just
starting to explore this transformational technology. Many travel and hospitality
executives understand the power of cognitive computing, however, even the most
advanced companies are only making initial forays into cognitive computing by
experimenting with chat-bots and robots.
