Hilton Worldwide came to IBM with the idea for the Hilton Lobby Ambassador, a robot that could dynamically deliver any information requested by a guest. And in collaboration with our IBM Watson Team over about three months, “Connie” was born.
The initial pilot is currently in use at the Hilton McLean Virginia property in Tyson’s Corner.
