Cognitive solution for Hospitality by IBM and Hilton Worldwide

cognitive solutionThe future is a cognitive solution, trust us! Across the hospitality industry, everyone is focused on enhancing the guest experience. But the guest is also wanting a unique experience with each stay, and the ability to configure each stay to match the purpose for that trip – whether it be for business, leisure, traveling alone, or with family and friends.

To meet these ever increasing customer demands, cognitive solution coupled with enhanced customer data models make this type of extreme personalization completely possible.

Hilton Worldwide came to IBM with the idea for the Hilton Lobby Ambassador, a robot that could dynamically deliver any information requested by a guest. And in collaboration with our IBM Watson Team over about three months, “Connie” was born.

The initial pilot is currently in use at the Hilton McLean Virginia property in Tyson’s Corner.
