As a Platinum Partner and sponsor for this year’s SAP Hybris Americas Summit, IBM will be leading two breakout tracks throughout the conference. Paul St. Germain, IBM’s Wholesale Distribution Industry Leader and author of Facing the Forces of Change®: Navigating the Seas of Disruption, will lead the first session on customer engagement in the age of disruption. The presentation will take a deep dive look at six major disruptive forces facing companies today, through the perspective of distributors, who have been on the front lines of these changes. We’ll examine strategies for using data to differentiate how you can engage customers at scale, to drive competitive advantage.
A second session will focus on demonstrating new and innovative tools and techniques for customer engagement. Customers across an increasingly diverse set of industries are experimenting with new formulas for success. In this session, we’ll take a look at different ways to build businesses across all phases of the customer journey, mashing up new capabilities like cognitive and mobility with data, in new and innovative ways with SAP Hybris. This presentation will showcase more than just ideas, but will actually show these tools in action. Both sessions will run on Thursday, October 13.
