Today is an exciting day at the SuccessFactors conference. The best dressed IBM Partner (that would be me) is eagerly awaiting the best dressed client (that would be Brooks Brothers) to participate in a panel discussion with other clients in order to share their cloud journey experience. Brooks Brothers is globally live with Employee Central and Performance Management. Their journey was marked by close attention to a detail that can make good project outcomes elusive: Change Management.
Brooks Brothers exhaustively communicated the end goals as well as the ‘what is in it for me’ messaging to their key stakeholders. This is a series of activities which make user adoption so much more attainable. It certainly paid off for Brooks Brother. With a 98.5% user adoption and kudos from the senior management suite for an excellent technology roll out, they stand as shining examples of how to engage key stakeholders and how to achieve terrific business outcomes.
And yes, I am wearing Brooks Brothers today.
