A Havas report shown in Trendwatching states the fact that few consumers feel brands contribute to their lives in a meaningful way. WHy is this? I can think of at least a couple great brands that literally have changed my life for the better. Maybe brands need to emulate more aspects of these significant brands to capture true brand “enthusiasm”.
