Research is showing huge gains in coupon redemption in a variety of channels. Traditional redemption has been low… 5% or less. Now we are seeing innovative retailers and CPG brands offering coupons online and giving the shopper the opportunity to save the coupon to their phone. I think this multichannel, or really omnichannel approach is the way to go for at least the foreseeable future. What do you think?
