A great post in SocialMediaDaily by Erik Sass describes how a number of hospitality chains have already embraced social media as a customer relationship management tool. I’m thinking why couldn’t a CPG Brand or Retailer do a similar program? With some great social merchandising tools available for both of our industries, I believe brand marketers could definitely make this happen in our businesses.
