Although an article in Gallup by Daniela Yu and Beth Youra states, “Only 13% of U.S. adults have a digital wallet on their smartphone“, that number actually seems high in the U.S. I’d bet that most of those 13% don’t even realize they have the app! Internationally, I see wider adoption of digital wallets faster than in the U.S. I think CPG brands and retailers could start infusing the potential convenience of digital wallets more often in their messaging campaigns. What do you think?
