IBM OpenPages in the Leader’s quadrant of 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Risk Management

IBM OpenPages is again in the Leader’s quadrant of the new 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

This recognition is the latest in a landmark year for IBM OpenPages. In May 2018, IBM proudly accepted two distinguished RegTech Awards – for “Best AI Solution for Regulatory Compliance” and “Best Regulatory Alert Management Solution”. In June, at the Watson Financial Services Summit for RegTech in NYC, we announced the latest evolution in GRC — OpenPages with Watson 8.0. Media coverage of this milestone release was very positive, and included high profile articles in Forbes and American Banker.

With the release of OpenPages with Watson 8.0, IBM is redefining GRC through innovation and investment in new technologies—from AI and analytics to User Experience Design (UXD)—seamlessly integrated with regulatory content and compliance practitioner expertise from Promontory Financial Group and IBM lab services. Together, this combination of next-gen AI risk and compliance technology, with the added value of experience and expertise, empowers business users with increased efficiency, confidence and business value — as IBM OpenPages continues to drive innovation and leadership in the risk and compliance market.

Today, the Integrated Risk Management market is undeniably one to watch for industry observers. As stated in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Risk Management:

“The IRM market is the largest of all the solution provider markets covered by Gartner in the security and risk management (SRM) software ecosystem. It also ranks third highest in terms of estimated profitability margin. As a result, this is one of the most dynamic software markets within our coverage and looks to be one to watch for the next several years.”*
