Hot banking sessions at IBM Think 2019

With such a great lineup of education and activities for financial services leaders at IBM Think from February 12-15  in San Francisco this year, planning your agenda will be tough. In order to mitigate the CapEx, they expect dev/test environments serving their application development teams will run on cloud. Working with IBM, the bank was able to enable a fully transparent extension of their VMware infrastructure with elastic capabilities while keeping the same operational procedures in a transparent extension of their operations and compute infrastructure over VMware.

After a successful digital assistant experience with BIA, currently accumulating over 72 million interactions, Bradesco has been expanding the Watson solution to include new skills like offering products suitable to user conversation contexts, sending auto assistance to users in distress and addressing banking transactions.
