Every year, some of the world’s most innovative minds come to Dreamforce to inspire, excite, and motivate attendees. This year, IBM is honored to be a diamond sponsor of Dreamforce 2018 in San Francisco, CA from September 24-28. As an IBM Sales Performance Management (SPM) expert, I’m particularly excited to discuss how IBM paired with Salesforce offers the speed, flexibility, and visibility needed to dramatically increase the efficiency and ease of administering variable compensation programs while providing accurate, in-depth insight into identifying and capturing revenue opportunities. Below are some of the ways you can engage with me and my SPM colleagues at Dreamforce 2018.

IBM Sales Performance Management Kiosk

Visit IBM Sales Performance Management experts, James Kvoriak, Paul Peters, and me, at the SPM Kiosk (kiosk #13).  It is located in the Bluewolf hospitality suite at the Marriott Marquis in the M-Lounge.  We can discuss the business value of IBM Compensation Management and provide product demonstrations.

IBM Sales Performance Management Sessions

My colleague Paul Peters and I will be speaking at two sessions titled, “Salesforce CRM and IBM Sales Performance Management provide visibility into the right opportunities

” at Dreamforce.  The same session is repeated twice.  The sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Location: “Sales Lodge” in the Marriott Marquis in the M-Lounge
  • Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 2:30pm
  • Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 8:00am (where we’re also serving breakfast)

Abstract:
IBM Sales Performance Management is a cognitive compensation offering. Paired with Salesforce, clients improve speed to insight, clearly identify next best steps for sales, and provide a framework to mitigating conduct risk.

IBM SPM enables organizations to manage the entire sales lifecycle including assigning territories and quotas to new sales representatives, developing compensation plans, automating the calculation of incentives and commissions, and analyzing and communicating key performance metrics across the entire team.

This sales ecosystem offers the speed, flexibility, and visibility needed to dramatically increase the efficiency and ease of administering variable compensation programs while providing accurate, in-depth insight into identifying and capturing revenue opportunities.

For an accelerated sales experience, IBM SPM is embedded within Salesforce CRM so that business users can access personalized compensation details and commission statements. With an integrated application, sales professionals can significantly improve their efficiency and allocate more time to serving customers and driving additional business opportunities.
