Here’s a one-minute video to show how it works. Simply log on to find talent for candidates who have earned IBM digital credentials and have opted into the service. You can view a candidate’s complete digital resume, see LinkedIn profiles and social media and then send a private email to the candidate and make a connection. It’s easy, mobile, targeted and personal.

After you register, you’ll receive an invitation from our partner Credly with next steps. During this pilot, you will be able to use all of the platform’s capabilities and provide feedback to shape the program to fit your needs.

According to an IBM IBV study, 71% of corporate recruiters cannot find applicants with sufficient practical experience. An ITCC study found 88% of their members want an easy way to search for qualified applicants from an official, verified database of recently credentialed candidates.
