Share this post:

IBM Support and Education is pleased to announce that project MESH has gone live in the Analytics and Security product areas!

IBM’s products are ever evolving. Keeping abreast of changes and enhancements is a challenge. Getting the right skills at the right time is a critical need. MESH makes the task of finding and securing relevant education and enablement easier. The goal of MESH is to pro-actively help you upscale your knowledge about an IBM product or component. This is accomplished by leveraging Watson to analyze information from your recent support tickets and match that work to relevant education and enablement opportunities across IBM’s technology areas.

The MESH program was made possible by advancements in support brought about by IBM’s Support Transformation efforts as well as enhancements in IBM’s Training and Skills environment in particular the new IBM Skills Gateway.

The initial release of MESH will expand to other product suites and grow in functionality over the coming months. Please stay tuned for additional updates related to IBM’s MESH program.
