Meet… MESH (Modeled Education from Support History)

Share this post:

Wouldn’t it be great if you could see education and enablement offerings customized to what you’re working on today? IBM is working to bring Support and Education together in a way that helps provide this focus on key skills related to work being done in YOUR environment.

‘Modeled Education from Support History’ (MESH) – is designed to integrate support data with training opportunities to provide this focus on key skills.

IBM will leverage MESH to:

  • Discovery knowledge related support requests
  • Synch support to Skills Gateway
  • Build / Update a custom client profile with key data from Support
  • Establish current relevant learning and enablement options
  • Engage and help you navigate a custom learning experience

IBM’s MESH project will be going live in a limited release in mid-July, followed by expanded coverage in August. Stay tuned for more updates on MESH and the linkages between support and Education.
