At PartnerWorld at Think 2018, more than 70 IBM Business Partners were recognized for their outstanding business solutions & excellence. Included in these was LearnQuest, an authorized IBM Global Training Provider who won the Global Training Excellence Award. The IBM Excellence Award program recognizes IBM Business Partners that deliver stand-out results to help drive business value and transform the way clients and industries operate. Winners are selected annually across a range of categories by IBM leadership.
LearnQuest had an amazing 2017! The collaboration with IBM in running Technical Conferences enabled the Conference business to grow year-on-year; this was achieved with quality results that were impressive. By mid-2017, IBM started measuring our Global Training Providers (GTPs) on Net Promoter Score (NPS). LearnQuest was able to achieve a remarkable NPS of 73 in the second half of 2017. They continued to deliver training in more countries than any other GTP together with their Partner Network.
