On July 19th, the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) will host a webinar and share best practice use cases from finalists for the 2017 Global Awards for Excellence in Case Management. I’m delighted to report that our IBM clients and IBM Business Partners keep rising to the top as thought leaders and are named award finalists. In recent years, IBM clients such as Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Texas Attorney General’s Office, Molina Healthcare, TIAA, State of Hawaii, LDS Church, and Spar Nord Bank have all been honored with this award.
Awards really do matter
A recent survey by Boost Marketing showed that industry awards really do make a difference in a business-to-business context. The survey found that 82% of users admitted to being influenced by awards when buying products and services for their businesses.
In recent years, IBM clients such as Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Texas Attorney General’s Office, Molina Healthcare, TIAA, State of Hawaii, LDS Church, and Spar Nord Bank have all been honored with this award.
This year, I’m pleased to see among the ten finalists, PowerSouth Energy Cooperative who worked very closely with IBM Business Partner enChoice to design and deploy a Case Management system, integrated with IBM Datacap, for their legal department. We spoke with Kenneth Jones, Business Systems Services Supervisor, at World of Watson in 2016 about the application, and captured some of it here.
Also, up for the award is Blueprint Genetics, an organization providing comprehensive genetic testing services, based in San Francisco, Helsinki and Dubai. They work closely with IBM Business Partner, Elinar Oy Ltd., and are using IBM Case Manager, in conjunction with analytics, to improve their DNA diagnostic processes and deliver faster responses to patients. We caught up with BluePrint Genetics at World of Watson too, for a brief video conversation, and they talk about cutting diagnostic time nearly in half with Case Manager.
These Case Manager clients are certainly worthy of the award and I am glad they took the time to go through the application process and open their operations up to the judges.
