As a preview to the holiday shopping season, Richard Feinberg, Professor of Consumer Sciences and Retailing at Purdue University, and Jay Henderson, Enterprise Marketing Management Global Strategy Program Director at IBM, will lead a Twitter chat on key retail holiday trends covering everything from online sales to mobile and social trends. Allison Schiff, web editor for Direct Marketing News, will moderate from via the @DMNews handle.

The chat will take place on Monday, November 19 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM ET.
