October #CloudChat: The rise of hybrid cloud

Share this post:

We’ve come well past cloud computing’s infancy and we’re beginning to realize its full potential. Enterprises are increasingly turning to hybrid cloud solutions to remain flexible and agile. They love the low cost and ease that public clouds offer, while taking advantage of increased security and tailor-made aspects that private clouds provide.

It’s no secret that the potential of hybrid cloud is immense. Think of Internet of Things, increased big data and analytics implications and the opportunity to tap into cognitive computing solutions like IBM Watson. As we move toward this exciting time, there are certainly challenges.

In our next #cloudchat, hosted on the platform Oct. 23 at 11 a.m. ET, we’ll look to discuss the future of hybrid cloud—what it will enable, and what cloud providers and users will have to do to keep pace with the needs of the enterprise.

We’re excited to welcome our deeply knowledgable panel to drive the conversation:
