Cloud computing has been a major focus in business and government agencies in the major developing economies. A study by research firm IDC predicted that IT spend in emerging markets such as India will make up 34% of overall IT spending, which has big implications for cloud.
For our first Facebook chat, we invite our Indian colleagues and friends to join us to discuss “The Future of Cloud Computing.” We’ll use the hashtag #TalkCloud to organize the discussion (details on how to participate are below). Some of the questions we will cover include:
- How is cloud changing business models for India?
- What predictions do you have for the cloud industry?
- How is cloud helping you to enter new lines of business or even reshaping your infrastructure, delivery and your efficiency?
- What areas of your business cannot adopt cloud?
