Pulse 2012 gave customers four days of sessions focused on Cloud, Mobility, Smarter Physical Infrastructure, Security and Compliance, and Service Assurance.  The Cloud and the DevOps story provided at Pulse gave customers and IBM Business Partners an in-depth view of how IBM solutions could help solve real world challenges.  Traffic was very good to Ped 64 where we were showcasing the ability to bridge the gap between development and operations by providing a common set of tools for both teams.  In addition, we invited customers to attend a Proof of Technology Event to allow them a hands-on experience to see how this solution could help solve challenges in the DevOps space in their organization.

In addition to Proof of Technology, the Open Lab provided hands-on experience where customers could learn implementation best practices.  Finally, analysts praised IBM’s focus on Cloud, Mobility and Smarter Physical Infrastructure.

Pulse gave folks a chance to connect in person, which in today’s digital world, is not always easy.  In addition, it gave customers a chance to see the future of how solutions can add value to their business.  We look forward to seeing customers and Business Partners at the next xCloud Proof of Technology event.
