IBM Cloud announced the general availability of Kubernetes support for IBM Cloud Container Service in May, 2017. We are now thrilled to bring this capability to IBM Cloud Dedicated customers. Customers using IBM Cloud Dedicated can now deploy Kubernetes clusters in their environments within minutes.
Deprecation: Single and Scalable Group Container Service in Bluemix Dedicated and Local
We are excited that the IBM Bluemix Container Service with Kubernetes has now gone live. IBM Bluemix Container Service now combines Docker and Kubernetes to deliver powerful tools, an intuitive user experience, and built-in security and isolation. The service leverages cloud services and Watson’s cognitive capabilities to enable rapid delivery of applications. It provides access to all of the DevOps capabilities of Kubernetes including rolling updates to support zero-downtime deployments of new versions.

Notification integration with Slack for Bluemix Local and Bluemix Dedicated
The purpose of this how-to post is to enable Bluemix Local and Bluemix Dedicated administrators to use the webhooks integration with Slack. This means you can enable your Administration Console notifications to post directly to a Slack channel of your choice. You can use the Subscriptions option in the Administration Console to set up and customize these notifications.
