Yes, its mobile, mobile everywhere!!
Every business aspires to have its own mobile app, hence the need for a mobile app is rapidly growing.
To combat the competition, some app owners work hard on innovation, few others on engaging the customers and some try to evaluate their marketing strategies.
Emphasizing on all the above areas and delivering what the user prefers is essential. After all, its the user’s app.
You can evaluate user’s preferences based on crawling through User feedbacks, Analytics tool, application logs, applying A/B testing and so on.
App Launch service offers all the above-mentioned capabilities and much more!!! Check our documentation to learn more about App Launch capabilities.
Let us get to know more on the A/B testing capability here.
Continuous improvement is always better than delayed perfection, said Mark Twain!! Which is exactly why we A/B test.
A/B testing with App Launch
You can Run an experiment on two or more versions of your app, compare the application features against each other by releasing multiple versions at the same time.
You may target the variants to a different percentage of users and through statistical data analysis, determine which variant outperformed the other.
As an app owner, get more confident through continuous experimentation. Roll out new features and messaging experiments. Find out what appeals to the users, which variant made an impact, and so on. Rolling out on an experiment on App Launch is very simple:
- Opting to A/B test your feature –
- Create multiple variants
- Targeting to different percentage of users
That’s it… Embed metric collection hooks to evaluate results of A/B testing, Feature performance, etc.
To gain more insight on the concepts, review the examples given in the below video –
Start an Experiment!!
I hope this gave you a fair idea on how to A/B test a feature using App Launch service. Get in touch with us if you have more questions. Our team will be glad to set up a demo.
