IBM partners with Veeam

As we announced in May, the Veeam backup and replication solution is available on the IBM Cloud for securely storing VMware workloads to a highly available, secure platform.  Veeam provides a simple and cost effective enterprise grade backup and replication solution to all IBM Bluemix customers running VMware, as well as Hyper-V, workloads.  No matter whether the workloads are on the customer’s premises, or in a cloud, these workloads and data can be stored on the IBM Cloud with ease.   The Veeam name is well known, and is widely used, owning a large portion of the availability market share.  Veeam is a comprehensive backup solution that complements many of the capabilities of the VMware on IBM Cloud portfolio.  Additionally, it adds to the broader IBM Bluemix portfolio enabling backup capabilities for a broad set of production and mission critical applications.

Boost your data availability and security

Offered as an additional option within the Bluemix Infrastructure catalog, Veeam on IBM Cloud is highly capable and available to many users on the IBM Cloud.
