IBM Cloud Product Insights Experimental Retirement

Share this post:

Thank you for using IBM Cloud Product Insights experimental service. As we announced earlier, the IBM Cloud Product Insights has moved from Experimental to General Availability (GA) on March 15, 2017.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • End of Experimental Support Date: April 20, 2017
  • On April 20, 2017, the IBM Cloud Product Insights experimental service tile will be removed from the Bluemix catalog experimental area as it has been replaced with the IBM Cloud Product Insights tile in the main catalog.
  • Existing instances will continue to be available to users through their Bluemix dashboard, and will continue to be supported by IBM Cloud Product Insights until April 20, 2017.
  • Customers should assure they have moved to use the IBM Cloud Product Insights GA instances to avoid a service impact on April 20, 2017.
  • Any instance still provisioned as of the End of Experimental Support Date may be removed.

Reference the IBM Cloud Product Insights Getting Started and the IBM Marketplace entry for more information.
