As an Bluemix Reseller, you may be familiar with, or currently using, Odin’s Service Automation 6.0 to manage your offerings and unified customer experience. Odin recently released its largest platform change of the last few years, Automation Premium 7.0—a major upgrade from Service Automation. Bluemix has been hard at work making sure SL-APS is ready when you decide to upgrade. The SL-APS package is not only compatible, but it is also certified for OAP 7.0 with CCP v1.

SL-APS won’t leave you behind.

Not ready for v7.0 just yet? Don’t worry. We’ll make sure current and future versions of SL-APS support OSA 6.x.

Back that thing up—and restore it too.

When businesses experience a data disaster, 81 percent are closed for a day or longer. The SL-APS package backup and restore procedures are a must in your Odin upgrade plan. Even if you aren’t planning an upgrade, every company should have a disaster recovery plan in case of emergency or prior to any major software upgrades.
