As the Senior Director of AI Assisted Service and Automation and Director of Application Development at ADP, Tiphanie has built a team that uses AI to enhance both internal business processes and the client experience. Her team spearheaded the use of IBM Watson APIs to create the ADP Virtual Assistant (AVA) to manage queries from ADP’s clients. Tiphanie, who has been with ADP for more than 15 years, was selected as one of IBM’s Women Leaders in AI for 2020.
