Samuel Irvine Casey and Nicholas Therkelsen-Terry co-founded cognitiveCX in January 2017 to apply the latest artificial technology and machine learning technology to help businesses extract value from their customer experience (CX) data. Previously, in 2015, both men together founded Max Kelsen, which more broadly applies the technologies to their clients’ data to uncover insights, improve efficiency and inform decision-making. Samuel combines a background in law, finance and mathematics to bring a unique way of thinking to complex problems. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, Australia.
