Nothing beats first-hand knowledge. You can sit in classrooms, watch training videos and learn every theory and strategy. But nothing prepares you like actually sitting behind that steering wheel with your hands at “10 and 2,” climbing into that saddle or taking that first punch in the ring. In the real world when facing real problems, there is no greater preparation, no greater teacher than experience.
To make sure that our Business Partners are adequately prepared to address the challenges and questions of their customers, we’ve created our IBM Systems Worldwide Client Experience Centers. These sites – designed to help partners and sellers identify opportunities, progress deals and improve win rates – offer visitors the chance to not only learn about current and future IBM offerings but to experience them.

At these Client Experience Centers, we want to help you get ahead with the latest technology, including AI and Cloud, by connecting you with technical experts who can offer in-depth technology briefings, product demonstrations, infrastructure access and solution workshops. And armed with this support, we believe that that you will be better equipped to assist clients with understanding and adopting the right IBM Systems solution to address their business needs.

Expand your knowledge and capabilities by attending technology briefings, workshops and training events led by our experts. Or access our library of demos, IBM Redbooks and Technical Training courseware.
2) Personalize your learning
Visit one of our hub locations to explore and test on-premises Systems infrastructures. Or check out our new offering, the Client Experience Center Cloud, that enables simple access to critical IBM Power environments via the Cloud. And we have plans to include IBM Storage and IBM z platforms in the near future.
3) Progress your opportunities
Take advantage our new Systems Co-Creation Labs and work side-by-side with IBM experts to create first-of-a-kind strategies and solutions. Our architects from around the world will design and develop with you in new and exciting technologies — either at an IBM site or your location.
To make it easier to access our network of Client Experience Centers, we’ve co-located them with the IBM Systems Development Labs already in your region. And we’ve set up “infrastructure hubs” in each major geography. Each hub has the latest IBM Systems Technology across platforms – IBM Z, IBM Power Systems, IBM Storage and networking. We also have dedicated technical subject matter experts (SMEs) who have experience with building and integrating systems and solutions that enable demos, proof of technology, proof of concept and performance benchmarks.
