IBM Storage is celebrating the holidays and our successes

By | 1 minute read | December 23, 2019

At IBM we are very proud of our comprehensive storage offerings. But we’re not the only one who thinks the IBM Storage portfolio delivers incredible value to clients, so do the storage industry experts.

Between one of the most trusted channel publications in the world and one of the leading storage industry analysts, our storage solutions and support were recognized for excellence four times in just this past month. This recognition comes at the perfect time to help you get a running start for the new year.

Bragging rights

Early in December, Channel Reseller News (CRN) released its 2019 Products of the Year list, which it had developed after evaluating solutions based on the strength of their revenue and profit opportunities, technology and customer demand. Two of our offerings received top honors:

  • IBM® FlashSystem® 9100 was named the “Technology” subcategory winner in the Storage-Enterprise category
  • IBM Storwize® V5100 was named the “Revenue and Profit” subcategory winner in the Storage-Midrange category

And a week later, the IBM Storwize 5000 family was named to Channel Reseller News’ (CRN’s) list of The 10 Hottest SSD and Flash Storage Products of 2019.

Finally, IDC — one of the largest storage analysts in the world — ranked IBM Storage #1 in customer satisfaction and storage support in a recent survey of 1,200 end users.

What do all of these accolades mean? They mean that your customers will benefit from peace of mind when they choose IBM Storage. These awards are the ideal ammunition to demonstrate our continued leadership in storage excellence to the marketplace. I encourage you to use the full set of IBM Storage recognition on Seismic to help you clinch deals.

Speaking of bragging rights, IBM Beacon Awards are a great way to showcase your own firm’s expertise and solutions. Submit your nomination for an IBM Storage Beacon Award before the January 28 deadline.
