IBM Cloud Certificate Manager is Now GA

We are excited to share that IBM Cloud Certificate Manager is now GA

If you were using Certificate Manager in Beta, we have good news—you can continue to use your existing instances as is. There is no required migration, and you can continue to use Certificate Manager for free. For new users, you can go ahead and create a new instance and use for free also.

Certificate Manager is a service to help developers and security admins manage SSL/TLS certificates for your Cloud apps and services. Upload your SSL/TLS certificates and associated private keys to Certificate Manager to store them securely. Configure a Slack channel or provide a callback URL to get notifications from Certificate Manager before your certificates expire so that you remember to renew and don’t experience outages. Use Certificate Manager APIs or Certificate Manager integration with IBM Kubernetes Service to deploy certificates for your apps.

Certificate Manager is GA in US-South and in United Kingdom (London). Certificate Manager GA terms can be found here.

You can get help with technical questions at Stack Overflow with the ‘ibm-certificate-manager’ tag, or you can find help for non-technical questions at IBM developerWorks with the ‘ibm-certificate-manager’ tag. For defect or support needs, use the support section in the IBM Cloud menu. We would love to hear your feedback!

To get started with Certificate Manager, check it out in the IBM Cloud catalog.
