It’s that time of year again—VMworld is coming to you virtually, September 29 – October 1, 2020!

Grab your best pajama-chic, work-from-home business attire and join IBM as we bring you a heavy-hitting mix of experts, content, and entertainment—right to your kitchen table.

While VMworld 2020 may look a little different, we’re bringing our A-game, so be sure to plan your schedules ahead of time and explore all the happenings easily available to you. We’re excited to bring you the Top Five IBM at VMworld activities.

1. Puppies, OH MY

What this world needs now is PUPPY CUTENESS! And we have you covered. Tune in and watch our puppy cam for some cuddly fun. IBM is partnering with Canine Companions to bring you puppy footage over the course of the entire event.

Canine Companions for Independence® is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs to ensure quality partnerships. We are thrilled to partner with them at VMworld. So, “paws” for a break and come meet these fluffy friends.

Puppy cam will stream here. Bookmark it.

2. Connect one-on-one with an IBM executive

Getting together with IBM executives and subject matter experts is an important part of VMworld, and we found a way to bring it back this year. Set up a time to meet with IBM leaders to discuss your VMware migration and modernization business needs. Once you sign up, we will be in touch with the details about your virtual gathering. A word to the wise—our IBM leaders like to make themselves at home so be ready for them.

Schedule your meeting.

3. Live, interactive roundtable for the Premiers

Get the most out of your fancy Premier status by attending an exclusive, limited capacity, live roundtable with Zane Adam, VP of IBM Cloud Infrastructure, and Joe Damassa, VP of Global Services at IBM. This session—“Accelerate innovation by moving and modernizing VMware workloads in the cloud”—will be a small group setting where you can interact with these experts as they discuss strategies to enable modernization and integration across Red Hat OpenShift and VMs.

Check out the details.

And hey, if you’re not a Premier status, it’s all good—we have more to offer. Keep reading.

4. You can’t win, Darth, but anyone else can

That’s right, we’re raffling off a limited edition, LEGO® Star Wars Y-Wing Starfighter building kit from the Ultimate Collector Series. Unless you’re the victim of some Jedi mind tricks, then you understand the value of this genuine collector’s item. Get entered into the raffle by booking an executive meeting or filling-out a raffle card at the puppy event or both! Offer available to customers residing in North America and while supplies last, so don’t miss out.

5. High-value sessions and experts at your fingertips

Join IBM experts and guests in a series of on-demand breakout sessions and live moderated Q&A sessions. The topics range from accelerating success in a hybrid multicloud world to maintaining security and compliance in the cloud. IBM Cloud, Storage, and Services have partnered to bring a well-rounded perspective for your business goals. Grab some snacks and come prepared with your questions.

See the full list of sessions.

To that end, while we’ll be distanced this year, it’s sure to be a good time! We’re bringing the best of IBM content and experts to your cozy homes, and we hope you’ll connect with us throughout the week in sessions, meetings, and, of course, at the live puppy activation at ibm.biz/vmworld.

We look forward to seeing you.
