Raúl has a bachelor's and master's degree in computer science. He has more than 30 years of experience in the information technology business. He began his working life as a software developer writing code and microcode for products such as IBM Client Access 400, Point of Sales device drivers in Linux and IBM 3494 Tape Library. He also has experience in Data Engineering where he has participated in real-time data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) projects. He currently performs marketing activities for the IBM Storage Defender product.
